HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Our current shipping time is 4-6 weeks for products. In some cases shipping make take less than that in other case it may take more than 3 weeks if the package get caught up in customs on the way to your home country. We ship worldwide so delivery times are all averages.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?   

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS tracking numbers. 

Tracking will not be available for give away products.

INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our overseas fulfillment centers. This format of shipping does not include tracking numbers that function outside the United States.

 

They will track progress of the packages through the origin country, but once the packages is in the air it will no longer work. We can provide you the international tracking number upon request.

 

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED 1 ITEM, WHY IS THAT?

 If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFORMATION EMAIL!!! WHAT IS GOING ON?  

Please make sure your email is correct when you place your order. Please check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. 

THERE ARE NO SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE FOR MY CART OR DESTINATION 

 Some FREE are LIMITED to 1 order per customer, so if you receive this message, please kindly check your order cart. If you want to order more than 1 FREE products, you might have to place an order.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER/ ADDRESS, CAN I? 

Though we highly encourage you check double check sizes addresses prior to place an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistake can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. 

If a change need to be made to your order please contact us at thevessel7235@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can't make any promises. 

If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to that order. In that case, you send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a correct item.
